Damian Campbell – Director
Damian has over 18 years of direct experience in assisting SMEs to plan and implement growth strategies through a focus on the delivery of value to customers and aggressively pursuing new market opportunities. This experience has also been developed from direct marketing/sales and export roles. Damian has a proven track record of assisting SMEs to grow through providing practical advice on strategic growth planning, marketing and sales strategy, export market research and development, winning tenders and supporting owner/managers during implementation to achieve results.
Dave McClements – Director
Dave is a successful business consultant who helps companies grow. Dave uses his understanding of business (gained from 18 years’ field experience and study at MBA / Chartered Marketing level) and his understanding of how people change (Chartered CIPD) to ensure consultancy projects succeed. He enjoys working with a company on developing strategy – as well as working with people to make sure it’s delivered. With the majority of business growth revolving around key subjects Dave knows what works – especially in the specialist areas of growth strategy, exporting, tendering, sales and people.
Brendan Cunningham – Consultant
Brendan specialises in market research, sales and export development. Since joining Core Consulting, Brendan has worked with a wide range of private and public sectors organisations across Northern Ireland. Brendan’s previous experience includes two years as a market research consultant and two years as a marketing and business development manager for a food and drink business.
Rebecca Lennie – Consultant
Rebecca is a Consultant for Core Consulting. She graduated with a Business Management degree from Queen’s University Belfast, with a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Management Practices. Her past experience includes working for 2 years as the marketing and business development manager for a chocolate company, exporting globally. Other past experience includes project management, sales and global outsourcing roles.
